Is there a way i can create a company calendar in exchange 5.5 that can be share among users? if yes can u tell me how

You can create a caledar in a Public folder and grant permissions.

Another thing you should check out is a program called Look. (http://www.symprex.com/)
This program collects free/busy info into a nice view. This can make group calenders easy.

As an Exchange Administrator open Outlook expand Public Folders, goto All Public Folders, highlight it, right click and choose New Folder, give it a name and in the Folder Contains field choose Appointment Items. Once this created you can the use your Exchange Admin tool to set permission.
