Hello Helper!

My question is why all the attendees have rights to see my tasks by if they right click on the blue code (Busy)when they try to setup the appoinment to invite me; it will show everything like all my schedule on that particular day that they invite me. They are not suppose to;In addiction, they can only see the "busy" word instead. I do not give them any right. Many thanks! HAve a great day!

In the permissions tab for your calendar (properties), the default should be None.

You might want to double-check and make sure that "default" has rights of "none" in the permissions page for your calendar. It's easy to think you're setting rights for another user and you're actually giving them to the default user instead. Also, if the person viewing your calendar is an Exchange admin, he/she has all power and can see that information even without you giving rights to it. We're just honor-bound not to look!

As far as telling when you're busy (not what you're busy doing), all users in your organization will be able to tell that much - it's part of the scheduling feature and one of the benefits of having Exchange.
