Call Centers with Remote Agents

By rflores ·
I am looking for names and contact of companies that are currently utilizing a work from home work force (partial). We are an inbound CS call center and are looking to have representatives work from home. I would like to speak with these companies/people so that I can have a better understanding of what we are planning of getting into.

Additionally, it is much more common these days for people to have multiple phone lines in their home, so the issue of receiving voice calls while online for data is becoming smaller, too.
