Call Manager

Hello, first of alim very new to ip telephony
and im very lucky because i have the chance to "touch" everything in my currente project.
Ok this is the question
In an cisco ip voice enviroment, using call manager 4.1, as is set now, if you dial a number you can be listening tone forever, how can i set that, if after a period of time, let say 60 seconds, nobody anwsered the phone the call drops?
