Can I use my VoIP Phone from my Neighborhood Wireless Internet Connection

Hello,

I have VoIP Phone adaptor and all equipment.
My friend who is next door has wireless internet. How can I use my VoIP Phone by accessing his internet connection wirelessly.

Your friend next door does not constitute a 'Neighbourhood Wireless Internet Connection'.

Therefore the first thing you should do, is ask him if you can hook up to his computer.

I hate to tell you this but I don't think you have a snowball-in-****'s chance of accessing his computer wirelessly with your VoIP equipment WITHOUT HIM KNOWING.

a VOIP modem need to be plugged directly into the router? Do they have wireless ones?

those are routers.
Here is a wireless VOIP modem/router

However, it still needs to physically connect to the cable/phone line. And the phone needs to connect via phone cable to the base unit.
