CCNA, how do you stay current?

Ok, so I took the CCNA last spring, finished in May, taught it for another 3 months, then WHAM, no exposure because my job doesn't require CCNA skills. I took this job because of the $ & opportunity, but nearly 2 years I'm ready to move on. How do you stay sharp in Cisco material without having your hands in it routinely, without studying for the CCNP?

Seems like two of the best ways is home lab & volunteering. Grab a couple/few routers (you'll need 'em for CCNP) and practice.

Another way is to volunteer your time with a local community college/non profit/church etc. The added benefit there is resume building and reference potential. HTH...
