Hi Betty,
besides the manufacturer's site, you can try these sites:

http://www.drivershq.com/

http://www.mrdriver.com/

http://www.driversplanet.com/

http://www.driverguide.com/

http://www.driverzone.com/

http://www.pacosdrivers.com/
(drivers and .dll files
Hope this helps. I believe that www.windrivers.com is now charging for their service, but you can try and see if you have no luck with the other sites. There are no spaces in the URL's.

If the drive is an IDE type, you only need the drivers if you require DOS mode access to the drive.

You do not need a CD driver for Windows 9X or newer.

If you are having trouble using the drive in Windows, you may need to update the IDE bus driver for your Motherboard / chipset.

There is also a general purpose CD driver called CD-ROM GOD.
You can get it from many freeware sites, driverguide, and I believe www.bootdisk.com

A good source for "older" drivers is www.drivermuseum.com
Jargon has a lot of "antique" drivers.
