We have Proxyserver, port no. is 80
Can't we use MSN chat, icq chat or any other type of any type chat

Yes, firstly you ought to set the proxy server open the services of chat, icq and any else you want to the current user, then from the client PC, look for the shared folder on your Proxy Server named "mspclnt", run the setup.exe under that....

Not if only port 80 is open. You will need LOTS of other ports to use ICQ or MSN. You can get the details from the respective web sites ( www.msn.com or www.icq.com ).
