Cisco 800 series DDNS and configure router for dns request

By tazz20019 ·
I have a cisco 871w with advip os. I have dsl and configuring for ddns to a ssh server. Formerly used ddns client on xp with web server in small home network. Configured PAT with port forwarding. I static mapped host dyndns to site ip and at least now get some results but not success. Any suggestions?

There is some good resource and background info on the Cisco 800 here, along with password recovery and IOS upgrade instructions for the Cisco 800 Cisco 800
