cisco certification

when any cisco certification has reached the valid period ( usually 3yrs) is there a process of renewing it? if yes, whats the process?

All you have to do is retake the test.

For most Cisco exams you don't even have to retake the same tests, but any test at the same or higher level for the specific track. Thus if you're a CCNA you can take one of the current ICND exams, or one of the 642 series Professional exams or Cisco specialist exams. Forgot about that.

And it's even a better way to go. Get more certs and ask form more $$$.
