CISCO router address translation

Router won't let inside machines access outside addresses on the same network via http. Ex.: http://24.x.x.x cannot be accessed from 10.x.x.x even though it's the same machine. Ping and DNS-based access works fine.

This may not be the router. See if the host has a static route table and find out whether the route is correct. I had a similar problem to this and needed only to delete the erroneous static route. If you are doing a flavor of Unix, try using netstat -r to check the routes.
