Citrix Error

Hi everyone
I am receiving an error when users are attempting to logon to our citrix server. the error states "there is "There is no route to the specified subnet address." I searched citrix website and signs pointed to licensing issues. however this is not the case. We currently are registered for 20 licenses. A contractor that we deal with had me schedule a restart for the system as he suspected that the xml service was a bit flaky. After the restart, the problem still persists. It does not happen all of the time, however i am starting to notice a trend: when the number of users hits around 10-11 then anyone after that receives the message. We are using ICA . I am reading now that I must supply an altaddress to the server. Has anyone encountered this, and if so could you point me in the right direction.
