What you are looking for is a KVM (Keyboard, VIdeo, Mouse) switch. Belkin and other companies sell these for around $100 depending on the numbre computers you can connect.

It depends on several factors; what OS's are in volved, will it be on a Local Area Network (LAN), and what your budget is. For example: if you have a Windows Machine and a Unix/Linux machine with a LAN, you can get a windows X-server that will allowyou to use the LAN to redirect the video of the Unix/Linux box. If you are using Unix/Linux, there is a way to set one box to view the screen of the other and it's own (I don't have that info in front of me, but I did it for a two day Linux course and I still have the textbook). The X-server will cost something, although some places offer a free demo that you can use for a limited time (usually 30 days). If neither of these apply (not using Linux/Windows or Linux/Linux) the KVM would be the best solution. If you need additional info, feel free to e-mail me.

Hope this helps,
Ray
