First, install and configure RAS Service on your server (home). Second, configure your logon account to allow dialin access. Third, install and configure Dialup Networking on your office PC (you'll need a modem). The actual process depends on how the server is configured (Domain Controller or Stand-Alone Server), and what OS you're running at work (NT or Win9x) - without more detail it's impossible to give better instructions.
