Content advisor was enabled in Win ME and I need to know how to disable it>

Right click the Internet Explorer icon on the desktop and click Properties.


Click the Content tab, click Disable and type your content adviser password and click OK until you return to windows.

I was aware of that procedure, the problem was that it had a unknown password set by an unknown user.
