Contract to Hire positions..
LockedAll,
Looking at a career change, moving from local IT Administration to Field Tech…through an IT Staffing company.
It’s a 3-6 month contract then strait to full time “hire” position…just wandering what everyone’s experience is with these types of agencies.
Is it a good idea? What has been your experience, a lot of IT managers I know start out in contract positions, then hire onto full-time…a way of bridging that Employee – Customer gap…
Thoughts and ideas…appreciated!
