Converting from Paradox to Access 2000

By lisa ·
One of my projects requires me to convert a database from Paradox to Access. I know I can import the tables etc, that is fairly simple. But I want the complete database forms included. I have heard that there are conversion utilities but I can not seem to find them on the microsoft site. Anyone know of any products I can use?

I don't know of a conversion utility (it couldn't be that easy), but you can use Delphi to read the Paradox tables while you re-create the forms. Once that is done the Inprise Database Desktop utility can copy the tables to Access. The Delphi linkto Paradox can be changed to point to the Access tables.
