You should be able to use the import wizard that comes with Outlook 98. This allows you to import many different files from many different formats, including Lotus Notes. You will need to have installed the Personal Address Book translators when youinstalled Outlook. If you did a full install you should have them. If not, go to the Control Panel, select Add/Remove Programs and select Outlook 98 from the list. This will start the install again, allowing you to add the translators.

Once you are ready to go, open Outlook, go to FILE and then select Import/Export. From the first list select Import from another file or program. From the second list select Personal Address Book. Follow the prompts from then on.

I do not have either one, but some day I will want to migrate from AOL to some other ISP & there are thousands of entries in my e-mail address book (mainly sub-groups of people interested in particular discussion topics).

Open an e-mail
Click on one after another until hit ceiling on what we can mail to, then cut & paste the whole thing into say a word document.
A bit tedious
Perhaps a macro can be programmed to do this.
Then the whole thing has to get to the other e-mail software.

There may be software tools out there to convert between popular packages.
