Create a bootable Windows XP flash drive on a Windows Vista computer?

By pi-i-ta ·
Hello.

I want to create a bootable flash drive for my Dell Dimension 3000. This is the tutorial I am thinking about using: http://www.techrepublic.com/article/solutionbase-boot-windows-xp-from-a-usb-flash-drive/5928902 Thing is, I will have to use a computer that runs Windows Vista, not Windows XP. Is it possible to create a bootable Windows XP flash drive on a computer that is running a different version of Windows?
