CREATING LINKS IN AN EMAIL OR DOCUMENT

by Oz_Media In reply to CREATING LINKS IN AN EMAI ...

From EMAIL: just type the URL.
http://www.xyzco.com
When the mail is sent, the link will become a hyperlink and will be 'clickable'.
Test it by sending someone mail and going into your sent items, when you open the mail you will see the links yousent.

From a MS Word document, if typing the URL directly doesn't work (it should) just type the address or 'click here'. Highl;ight the text to be linked, right click and choose insert hyperlink, you will get a pop up asking for the link address and you're done.
Good luck
