    CRM for Call Center (Helpdesk)

    I would like to know in your professional opinion which are the best CRM software that you would recommend for a call center (for front and backend), not contact management.

    I’m currently looking forward in obtaining one for my company. The previous software we were using was the POINT system which didn’t work well.

    I’ve searched through some and found that ClientLogic and Clarify are quite good. Though SAP and Peoplesoft looks interesting but it is much more complex.
    Is there a place orCRM site that I can make comparision on the products and features that are offered? (My current search –> http://www.crmcommunity.com and http://www.crm-forum.com) and the products home page.

    Any advice?
