Desktop

User stated that when he logs into his profile, he doesn't see a desktop and he is unable to right click to see if he could show desktop.

(Assuming this is Win2K or Win XP)
Login as administrator on the box and make a backup copy of his current profile that's having a problem. Once you have the backup, delete that profile and recreate it, by logging in again. Then copy over his desktop, documents, favorites, cookies, etc. into the newly created profile. He then should be able to see his desktop again.

Thank You, but through more research I found 22 viruses on the clients computer. Now I have a problem with the background on two of the profiles; they are trying to display a web page for the background and I cannot stop it
