DHCP

By ellen.notehelfer ·
I have several NT4.0 servers all running sp6a. After installing DHCP, one of my servers has the superscope option on the scope menu, the others do not. If I look at About DHCP MGR, they all show the same build and service pack. How to I get upgraded DHCP on all servers and why is it present on some but not all installs?

This menu option only appears if at least one scope, that is not currently part of a superscope, has been created at the server.

The above came from:

I am answering my own question: Service pack 6 adds the superscope option. However,if hot fixes were applied AFTER Service Pack 6, the option will disappear. Reapplying the service pack solved my problem.
