Wish utility to use if I want to track down DHCPNACK ?

network monitor relay agent. It is located in control panel | networking | services. Hit add, select it and provide either the path to the NT_source files or the CD for the appropriate files to be copied over. Finally, restart and you'll see it added to the list under administrative tools(common)

I would use network monitor but if you want track packets from computer A to B from C you need the network monitor off the SMS cd.
If not the NT server one is fine.
I assume the DHCP client is not a server so you will need to add the network monitor service from control panel - network - services and then copy the execuable and associated files from the resource kit. I have a feeling its only on the NT server resource kit, not the workstation res kit.
