Disable User Interrupt [ESC] in Chkdsk at Startup

I have users who shutdown the computer directly and also esc the chkdsk on next startup. I don’t want them to be able to press ESC on startup. Can we disable the ESC option on next startup?

Maybe we can reduce the time to press ESC so that it goes to check HDD instantly?
