DLL problem

When I click on my ISP icon on my desktop to log on to the net I get an error message that says an error has occured.... rundll32 problem.

The fatal exception message is - 016F:BFF9A25B then I have to reboot my machine the wrong way because it freezes. Can anyone help????

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, remove and reinstall Dial-Up Networking:
1.Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2.Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
3.Click the Windows Setup tab, click Communications, and then click Details.
4.Click the Dial-up Networking check box to clear it, click OK, and then click OK.
5.Restart your computer.
6.Click Start, point to Programs, and then click Windows Explorer. 7.If it exists, rename the Rasapi32.dll file located in the Windows\System folder. For information about how to
rename a file, click Start, click Help, click the Index tab, type renaming, and then double-click the
Renaming Files topic.
8.Extract a new copy of the Rasapi32.dll file.

What version of Windows are you running? If it's Windows 98 or 98SE, then run a System File Check. Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Information. Then click on the Tools Menu and select System File Checker. Just run it with the default settings. This will check you system files for corruption and tell you if a system file was overwrited. It'll tell the version and date of the current and previous file. Pay particular attention to any file in the Windows/System folder that has RAS (remote access service). The original 98 files are 5-10-98. Original 98SE files are 4-23-99. Just take your time going through. It'll find quite a few the first time through.

there is many reason for these error
but i give you some of them
first try to reinstall internet software
if your isp have special software for internet. that software will configure all
the seting and it will recopy all the
important file .
second thing you can do is try to change
ram . some time because of memory it give
you these kind of error.
or if you geting the error when you browosing the net then try to reinstall
you browser try new version of the browser.
