HI

In my Domain DNS server ip is local ip-address.
For internet ussage DNS IP is SERVICE PROVIDER IP.

Client side Network setting is PREFERRED DNS ip is local DNS server ip and ALTERNATE DNS IP is service provider ip .

Now the problem in Internet Explorer could not open any web page. but ping the ALTERNATE DNS IP Replay fine.

On your DNS server, in the DNS console, you need to configure your ISP DNS address in the properties of the DNS Server and on the Forwarders tab so external addresses can be resolved.

You probably need a foward record in your internal DNS to the ISP DNS to get it to work. Secondary DNS is used only when the Primary connot be contacted. If the primary reponds with a valid not found the client has no reason to go to the secondary.
