First of all this is a very obscure question. Are you asking the salary you would get if you worked in the same position in America? In Indonesia?

If in America, go to www.salary.com for average salaries based on city/state. This is hard because there are so many factors that are different compared to Indonesia (demand, population, company size, level of IT development, etc.). I also hear it's hard to get work visas here due to the large influx of foreign workers.

How about you send your resume out secretly to other employers in your area and see how much they are willing to offer you. This is better than asking those in another country. GL

I would send out resume to see who is willing to pay more and do job searchs on monster plugging in your qualifications for the search, and use the salary search on monster.

For Indoneisa Ithink the salary range would be anywhere between 5 mil to 10 mil nett.

If you are in a multinational posted in a remote location it could be a few million more...
