do not have permission...password

By ahroo ·
Active directory, DNS, DHCP, all windows 2000 Pro clients. Exchange 2000, SQL 2000 running on DC (1)Users, logging onto clients, and attempting to configure email accountsin Outlook 2000 are receiving the error "you do not have permission to change your password"

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have looked on Google groups with no success fo far.

As much as I know you would hate to try changeing just one user from restricted user to standard user. This gives them more access to the system than I like to give but I think that the restricted user group is just to tight for some app. use. If this works then we know that it is.
