Drop-down lists in Excel 2010 are missing when opened in Excel 2007

Created a spreadsheet in Excel 2010 and when I import it to Excel 2010, they are missing. Any suggestions?

  I’m assuming you are opening an Excel 2010 file in Excel 2007?

  You may be able to use Microsoft’s Office Conversion tools…they are available
  from the MS Office web site. You may need to re-open the file in Excel 2010,
  the re-save it in Excel 2007 format.
