DSL connection for 2 seperate LANS

By jjames ·
Hello!

I am in need to have to individual local area networks share a DSL connection, but the client is worried about security and does not want one LAN to ever be able to see the other. What is the best versus cheap options?

thanks
Jim

Router

I would have the DSL modem connect to a router and on the other "side" of the router have the two subnets (LANs). Each of the subnets can have a switch to allow multiple computers to access the router. The router rules can be configured to not allow traffic between the two subnets.
