    DSL Modem Wireless Router Matching

    Just installed new DSL line w/ SpeedStream 5100 modem from SBC, having issue with interfacing w/ Netgear HR314 802.11a wireless router. Keep getting error message from Connection Manager yet have connection to Net.

      If you’ve setup the router with your SBC username and password then you no longer need the SBC software on your PC. The router will be the PPPoE client…not the PC.
