You may want to try adding/updating java if it is having problems running java scripts.

Sun Microsystems have the Java download here: http://tinyurl.com/25s8p

I will assume you've tried to run repair/remove/reinstall of your browser already.

I did remove all my Java an reinstall as you suggested but same problem, but thanks now I have a newer version of Java! It happens on many sights and especially Microsoft updates trying to go to office updates. Yes i did do the regedit an redo IE 6 sp1, happens in outlook 2k too, this is where it started. Ihate Spam is the only add on here after the problem started.

Until MS gets their act together and publishes the fix, the work around I have found is to delete the contents of online and offline cache. Exit out of IE and then start it back up again. Then you can access the submenu links for that page.
I have noticed this problem in IE 6 SP1 ever since the service pack 1 was installed.

I have about 10 Xp pro machines i have access to and this is the first and only glitch since installation on any. Because of our web program we require checking for newer pages and del temp files when browser closed. I have done it manually and even deleted all numerous times and even manually reset all to defaults or med.
