email - two question

1. Is there a way to make a link yahoo or hotmail or netscape email to a file on your hard drive so that when you open your email the file would be updated everytime and you have a duplicate of the email, without having to try to download it each time.to much mail to read at one time and a lot of things i would to to keep on my hard drive
2. have a lot of email files that i would like to download on to hard drive or floppy is there a way to do this?

You may accomplish this by going to File and selecting Import/Export wizard,configure to preferences

in regards to the 2nd question:
just make it so your email program is restored (not maximized or minimized by half-way) then select all the emails you'd like to copy and drag them to the desktop. from there you can cut all of the email files and paste them into the a: drive.
