Go to Tools>Internet Options. On the Privacy tab move the slider up or down to choose your level of privacy.

Well, in a question like that the name of the browser/s u r using is not a totally irrelevant information :)
So, in case u r using Netscape-go to Edit>Preferences>Advanced and in the "Cookies" field choose between accepting all cookies, disabling 'em or accepting only the ones that r sent back to the originating server.
HTH
Good luck.

Assuming you are using Internet Explorer 5.X, you have two options.

1 - when you go to a webpage that wants to send you a cookie, you should get a pop-up security alert. check the box that says "In the future do not show this warning" and then click on "yes."

2 - on the Toolbar, go to Tools>Internet Options and select the Security tab. Make sure "Internet Zone" is highlighted on the pictures up above. Then click on "Custom Level". A new box will open, and scroll down until you see thesection that says cookies. Select the Enable / Disable / Prompt as you desire for the two types of cookies. This is also the location to disable cookies if you decide you do not want them to be accepted, or if you want a prompt before accepting them.
