Hi,make sure you have enough memory to use, dump all temp. files, also from the control panel right click on the printer you use as default, choose properties and make sure the drivers are installed. You can also use the print trouble shooter from the help menu to solve printer problems.

I have the same problem and although haven't got a fix, can tell you how to do the print. Turn your printer off and hit the print button. You will get an error and then must cancel print job. Turn the printer back on and hit print button again. For some reason it will print as long as you are online. If you go off line, you will have to do the same thing next time you want to print off the web.

Does the error happen only when clicking the print button in IE? Or you cannot print from any app while online? If the latter is the case, then it is probably a device conflict.

First off, be more descriptive about the problem. What program are you running when it gives you this error. Are you able to print from other software packages such as Microsoft Word, or notepad? If you have already tried clearing the print que, then reinstall the printer drivers with the most updated drivers. While your at it, you mind as well install any service packs you may find for IE or Netscape. Before you actually go through all that, just for s and g's, go and restore defaults on your browser(if it's just the browser your having troubles with). Uhmm.. Last, but not least, how are you connected to your printer? Via network and jetdirect, or direct from lpt 1? Those are my suggestions, give them a try. Good luck buddy. Tell me if anything comes up. Also, try printing to another printer, if it works, then it is more than likely your printer's memory. Good luck!

PS: www.technet.com will route you to microsoft's technical database and you can search for the error 8007ffff.
