error message can't find prorww.msi

By jws1221 ·
I removed a trial of Office 2007 PRO and installed a purchased Office Enterprise 2007.

When I open a program Excel, Word, Outlook, etc, Office goes into setup. When I exit I get a message in Windows Installer saying can't find prorww.msi. When I cancel that my program opens. Running Windows 7 64 bit.

uninstall the trial version of Office or did you just delete it? You would have had to use add and remove programs in the control panel.

Assuming that you are running 64bit Office 2007

I won't be able to help you much except to say that for the time being at least, Microsoft's own advice is to continue to run 32bit office on 64 bit systems because the 64 bit version is full of bugs
