Excel Compatibilities

By rmaxson ·
My co-workers and I exchange Excel files via email. These files on some systems print and preview all "scrunched up" even though all the file and page setup parameters are set exactly the same for both sytems. Can anyone explain what Excel settings are causing this?

What are your default printers. Excel will use the default printer on each workstation to decide margins and print areas.

Try setting the default printer to the same, then open up the file.
