Excel Question

By gr8pctech ·
I have a worksheet that i need to set a print area on. I have information in cells A1:L18. I want to be able to print everything on one page except the information that is located in the cells A1:B4. I followed the excel help but it prints the information on two pages even if i set it to fit on one page. I have even check TechNet and was unable to find any information for this. I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions that i could use.

Here are a couple possible workarounds:

1. Use the Drawing Tools to draw a white borderless rectangle to cover those cells so they won't print out.

2. Change the font color of those cells to white.

3. Select the entire spreadsheet, COPY, then go to a blank sheet and choose EDIT, PASTE SPECIAL, then click the button marked PASTE LINK. This will create a linked copy of the original spreadsheet. Delete the links to cells A1:B4 and print from that sheet.
