We are breaking from our corporate headquarters. They provide us with our internet and email links. We will have a new ISP. How do I change our (Exchange 5.5 Server) to a new address?

Setup an SMTP connector with a publicly addressable IP Address. Have your new ISP add/change the MX records on their DNS server to point to your IP Address.

If you have your own dns servers then change the MX record on your servers. If not you well have to call you isp, which can be a hassle they usually say it well be 2 days before the change well take place so you may want to call in advance.
