Exchange 5.5/Outlook

By InfosecMN ·
Is there a way to put a signature on all emails that are sent through our Exchange server. I know individuals can put signatures through Outlook but I want a common footer one every email globally.

There is a dll that you need to load for Exchange, and the text you want to append to the mail gets put in the registry.

Have a look at the TechNet articl: Q258206
This article tells you how to do it all. To see this article, go to www.microsoft.com, and do a search for the article number above.

The most important section of the article that you want is the "Appending text to outbound e-mail" section.

I hope this helps.
Regards.
Duwane.

See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/content_control.htm for information on both the DLL and third party tools.
