EXCHANGE WEB ACCESS PROBLEM

By madzumo ·
I've just installed exchange on a new server with web access & IIS4 functioning just fine on an NT server w/ sp6a. The problem is when a user goes through web access and initialy logs in it creates a trigger problem on their mailbox. At first theylog in through web access just fine, but once they exit and go back to their regular Outlook in their offices, exchange marks every single one of their e-mails as NEW every time they send/receive. In addition, they are no longer able to log into web access. Their alias and logon id are the same and their using windows NT authentication. What could trigger the initial log on to web access that could cause ALL e-mails receive to be marked as NEW every 10 minutes and prevent logons to web access? Again this ONLY happens to users that initially log on to Exchange web access for the first time.
!!!PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

EXCHANGE WEB ACCESS PROBLEM

I recently had the same problem.
My solution was using unknown user for web and a complete destruction and recomposition of security groups hierarchy.
Be quiet and try this.
