Did you check the actual .pif file for lotus 123.

If not use search for files or folders and search for any file *.pif. When you locate the appropriate file right click on it and click on properties. click On the tab named memory and adjust your menmory. make sure you allot xms and ems. make sure all your settings are set to auto.
Make sure use hma is checked in that box. You may have to play with the settings based on what your machine is loading during startup and any memory mapping that may be taking place.

you seem to misunderstand, we know how to do it, we can do it for all other dos apps.
we just can't do it for lotus 123
