Explorer.exe not loading after Kaspersky Install?

Hello All! Help would be so appreciated!!! We are banging our heads here over this issue. But I digress...Here is our problem...

We are in a School District that uses Novell. We installed Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 and ever since we've been noticing that at first the computers will log in OK with the "Limited" Student accounts. However, once a teacher or an account with "Administrator" rights logs in, the student can log in, but explorer.exe won't load. And the admin profiles won't load explorer.exe either. Any Ideas? All help is appreciated!
