Probably the easiest way is to export it as a csv file. When you do the import, some of the columns will probably not match up, so there may be some manual work there.

There is some software available if you want to purchase it.

what he said.
you didn't mention what version of notes but here is a snippet from a article found at www.lotus.com Notes support which gives you idea of the steps: (read between the lines there please. it is a snippet from an article discussing a bug in Export with Notes 5.x. if you find you have goober up Company names after you export then follow these steps as written. otherwise it is just guidepost to steps for exporting)
depending on what tools you like, you can also download the odbc driver from the lotus website. then you can get at names.nsf (your local addressbook, unless it's been renamed) with excel or access or word...maybe even ACT

1. Create some Contacts in your Personal Address Book and add a value to the Company field in the Business section of the document.

2. Select these Contact documents in the Contact view, select File, Export, Structured Text from the menu and enter a file name. Select the default options in the Structured Text Export dialog box.

3. Create a new Personal Address Book using the "Personal Address Book" template. Open this Personal Address Book and select File, Import, Structured File, select the file created in Step 2 and in the Structured Text Import dialog box, select the Contact form in the Use Form option.

4. Close the new Personal Address Book and open it again to the Contacts view. Notice in the view that the Company name displays where the contact name should display.

I was able to get a tool from the lotus website that exports the address book to excel or to outlook if you have both notes and outlook running on the pc.

For Exporting Lotus Notes addressbook details in PST format the only best option is Stellar NSF to PST converter. This tool can easily export all the data like emails, attachments, addressbook data in PST format file. After conversion you can easily import the converted file into Outlook.
