Express outlook undelivered mail

I often get undelivered messages sent back to email inbox indicating that unable to deliver message to: Delivery failed for the following reason:
In mail queue too long, giving up.
cause of failure
Server mail[212.88.102.138] failed with: 450 4.1.1 .
Recipient address rejected: undeliverable address: unknown user:
This has been a permanent failure. No further delivery attempts will be made.
what should be done

    what kind of smtp server and email server do do you have.

    are u listed on a rbl list ?

    the basic message says that the email adress that you are sending to does not exist.

    Hello,
    OK so i have a mail.com email account but i cant figure out what the server type is and I am not sure the i am listed on rbl list.
    now the problem has diversified because i can not recieve mail ,and the report error is "(0*80040900)the server name entered can not be found in the network.it might be down temporarily.please verify that u are online and server name is correct"
    I am surely online but can understand anything with the server name

    You are at least on 1 rbl listing.

    did you change any settings, if not the server is down.
    verify your settings.
    might be usefull if you post at which server you are trying to connect and what you have entered as pop en smtp mail servers.

    The(smtp)is 193.108.214.51
    and the POP3 is at mail.com
    the pop up message is that the sever uou are connected to is using a security certificate that could be verified
    Acertificate chain processes but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider.

    Can you login into the website and look up your email.
    you will have to contact them via this form, http://service.mail.com/shareFeedback.html, as I am unable to find anyhthing else remotely looking like a faq on what the email settings might be.
