where does the ram go in a toshiba satilite 2670dvd laptop.

my guess is under the keyboard if you can find any covered places...
put laptop in good light on comfortable working surface. see if you think you can take off the strip of plastic above the keyboard. has screw on side to retain it. slides off to the side.
if not remembering right laptop, at least you get the idea. always a way in but need to play Zork sometimes...

Hi,

There's a chamber for the memory on the underside of the laptop. Turn the laptop upside down and there will be a places that can be opened by removing a small screw (or a couple of them). Typically the area where you install RAM is not marked on the laptop, but if you look carefully, you should be able to discern the correct area (besides if you unscrew the outerplate to the hard drive or battery, simply put the covers back on. You don't have that many options).

Though it may seem obvious, make sure the laptop is off and that you've grounded yourself (put laptop on anti-static pad and wear a wrist guard).
