Fixing database phpmyadmin

By Nakedenvy ·
I'm having a bit of trouble with my site, things are in places where they shouldn't be. I have recently done a big deletion of products and it has thrown the site out and I have an idea how to fix it, but I just want confirmation... please help.

... Is this a CMS like, Droopal or Joomla? Opencart, X-Cart, or the like?

Look in the main( root ) folder of the website, and see if there is a 'cache' folder. You might have to go down a level or two, to where the actual 'store' is. If you find one, download the whole folder to your computer, then DELETE the contents of the cache folder on the web server; NOT the folder!

Once that is gone, navigate to your site, and press CTRL + F5 3-4 times, to force your browser to reload the site, and not use a cached( local ) copy.

Try that and report back ...

Hope that helps! ;-)
