Flow Charts

By binayak.silwal ·
Hi friends,

I need to develop a flowchart and I am a bit confused. Please help me with following scenario:

- This is a Web Application (PHP + ORACLE).
- There are 4 different types of users.
- Some are limited to the amount of data they can query where as some are limited to the functionalities.

Now I need to prepare flowchart according to the user types.

Please provide me with some tips on the development.

Thanks with warm Regards,

table rather than flowchart?

by john.a.wills In reply to Flow Charts

I suspect that what you need is a table with the kinds of user as headers and a row for each property(amount or functionality, where the value for functionality will be yes or no).

Table seems to be a better option.

flow chart suggestion

by johnreiling In reply to Flow Charts

I suggest that you do more than one flow chart, concentrating each one on a particular aspect of the problem. What can get you into trouble is trying to do too much with one flowchart, and you have stated that there is both data flow as well as access at issue. Start by thinking of these two issues separately.
