FTP

By juanja ·
We have a Windows 2000 server running IIS 5.0

I want to create a FTP site for a new web site we are hosting, but when I do it, the user is also able to access the other web sites. The web sites home folders are located under the wwwroot folder. How can I restrict the user's access to its home folder?

Thank you in advance.

I have the same setup. All i did is go in and share the folders on the Server lvl not the ftp lvl and didnt have an issue.

Remember you haft to go in under the parent folder to do the shares and MAKE SURE that the Inherit permison box is not checked on the wwwroot.

Hope this helps
